This page provides information related to registration for sports officials.  
Use the links below to navigate through the registration process.

Registration begins JULY 10, 2020 for the FHSAA and the MFOA.
(If needed, download the registration information.)

FHSAA REGISTRATION
It is highly recommended that you use Google Chrome or Firefox as your web browser during the registration process.
FHSAA does not accept American Express Card.

Returning Officials will log into their Arbiter Sports account and go to the FHSAA Central Hub.  Click on the Registration tab.

New Officials (also Student Officials)
Go to the FHSAA Central Hub, www.fhsaa.arbitersports.com, click on the Registration tab and then select the sport(s).
Once that is completed you will be asked to create an Arbiter account.


MFOA REGISTRATION
Use Google Chrome as your web browser during the registration process.

Returning officials may log into their
Arbiter Sports account and click on the link in the announcements.

Returning and Transfer Officials
Check the 2020-2021 MFOA Membership (Returning and Transfer) fee block and the Booking fee block(s) for the sport(s) you plan
to officiate.

New Officials (Rookies) and Student Officials
    Rookies Officials:  
    Check the 2020-2021 MFOA Membership (Rookie or Student) block.
    Check the Booking fee block for the sports(s) you plan to officiate.  
    Brand new Officials (Rookies) do not pay the Membership fee for their first year but do pay the booking fee.

    Student Officials:
    Check the 2020-2021 MFOA Membership (Rookie or Student) block.
    Check the Student Booking fee block for the sport(s) you plan to officiate.  
    Student Officials do not pay the Membership fee but do pay a reduced booking fee.

W-9 FORM is required
You can download a W-9 FORM with this link. Email the completed copy to mfoatreasurer@yahoo.com.
For returning officials, you do not need to submit another W-9 unless your personal information has changed.


JESSICA LUNSFORD ACT
Officials are considered independent contractors and requires a level 2 background check.
Alachua County, Citrus County and Marion County information can be found using the links, below.
When you receive your JLA Badge, forward a photo copy to leahyret@aol.com, MFOA Secretary.


OUT-OF-STATE TRANSFER OFFICIALS
Have your previous association forward your experience (years of service, meeting attendance and game count) to the FHSAA at
jhernandez@fhsaa.org and a copy to leahyret@aol.com, MFOA Secretary.


DIRECT DEPOSIT
Getting paid for your games is much easier with direct deposit.
